The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up development schemes to transform the substantial island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
